  Dual-Hardness Tyton® Joints / Standard Joints

  APPL manufactures dual-hardness Tyton® gaskets from diameters 80mm to 2200mm in various materials including EPDM, SBR, NBR, Neoprene and Nitrile. Our gaskets conform to several international standards and approvals from reputed testing laboratories worldwide. The unique push-fit design of our gaskets makes it easy to install giving superior sealing properties. APPL is one of the few companies worldwide that can manufacture these gaskets in such large diameters in its modern 2.5m compression moulding machine.

  Our product range also includes single hardness standard gaskets that suit customer requirements for diameters ranging from 80mm to 1000 mm.

  Tyton® SIT Restrained Joints

  Anchored metal inserted push-fit flexible joints are designed for confined areas or locations inclined to move. Metal teeth embedded in the hard heel section grip the pipe socket as an anchor. Sizes upto 600mm are available.

• Mechanical Joints

  Mechanical flexible joints are designed by moulding a single polymer to form an integral seal. Rubber seals for water and gas applications are available upto 1600mm.

  Flange Joints

  Flange joint applications with corrugated surface provides excellent sealing properties with consistent thickness and dimensional accuracy. Sizes upto 600mm are available.
